CLC's small but dynamic team provide a wide range of services to member libraries.

  • Wes Osborn - Executive Director of Information Technology

    Wes has worked for the Central Library Consortium (CLC) since 2001. Previously he was the project coordinator for, which is now maintained at CLC. Wes has worked in libraries since high school. He started as a page in the Newark Public Library and was then promoted to the position of Assistant Systems Administrator. Wes met his wife while they were both working at the Newark Library. They share the same passion for the critical role that libraries play in providing equal access to information for all. They are also avid supporters of the performing arts. They live in Lancaster, Ohio where Wes enjoys gardening, baking and performing with the Lancaster Men's Chorus and Lancaster Community Chorus.
  • Michael Fields - Developer

    Michael Fields came to the Central Library Consortium after four years of working at the Elyria Public Library. During this time Michael helped with general day to day IT operations for five library branches while also helping to design and implement many web services. He also played a crucial part in several server and system migrations. Michael holds associate’s degrees in Network Communication Technology and in Software Development from the Lorain County Community College. Before this he studied Network Communication Technology at the Lorain County Join Vocational School. He sees this opportunity at the CLC as a chance to further his knowledge of computers and the way they work within a library system.
  • Kelly Hock - ILS System Administrator

    Kelly joined the Central Library Consortium in 2014 after nearly 14 years with the Columbus Metropolitan Library. Most recently, Kelly was working in a Business Analyst role for CML’s Finance department, and was the system analyst for their Finance and Human Resources management system. Kelly has extensive training experience, having been a staff trainer for CML’s customer service training, as well as a staff trainer for their leadership development and coaching program. Kelly recently graduated from the Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio’s post-graduate training program for organizational consulting. She graduated from Ohio University in 2001 with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, volunteering for the Tour of the Scioto River Valley, and spending time with her Fiancé and two cats.
  • Paul Robson - Windows and SQL Server System Administrator

    Paul joined the CLC after working eight years with Heartbeat International as the Network Administrator. While at Heartbeat International he managed workstations, servers, networks, phone systems, and web applications. Paul has a wide-ranging knowledge of different technologies and systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology and an Associate's Degree in Network System Administration both from DeVry University. In his spare time, Paul enjoys working on projects around the house and spending time with his family.
