A strong professional and support staff bond has formed between the libraries and they never hesitate to call each other or e-mail for advice. It has provided greater professionalism and growth opportunities for staff. For the Directors it has become a stopping place for ideas, moral support and a sounding board when you need that critical bit of privacy in-house but need to talk to someone who understands and can be helpful.
