Outbound Phone Notification

CLC staff created an all-new phone notification applicaiton that went live in January 2012.  Libraries are experiencing shorter waits between notices, more easily edited messages and less down time.   The application makes use of the Polaris RESTful API and Twilio Cloud Communication.   Twilio recently posted a case study about the project at http://www.twilio.com/blog/2012/02/ohio-library-voice-broadcasting.html.
